We’re creating a space for gay men to meet and make friends — without the usual focus on bars or apps. Over five weeks, we’ll get together in person for fitness sessions, workshops, and group activities that are all about wellbeing and trying new things.
It’s a chance to meet new people, take care of yourself, and build some solid connections along the way.
A 5 week program of movement, mindfulness and connection for gay men

Week 2: City Run (5km conversational pace)
Week 3: BLOK (Full body strength)
Week 4: Hike (Outdoors)
Week 5: Barry’s (Dumbbells and treadmill HIIT)

Week 1: reconnect with self
Week 2: unhook from self-doubt
Week 3: align with who you actually are
Week 4: release what no longer serves you
Week 5: root and make it stick
Application process & key dates
We are so excited to be able to offer 25 free spaces, and participation will be by application. To ensure inclusivity, spots will be offered based on need, motivation, and ability to commit to the full program.
